CareLink Launches Virtual Kickboxing Class Jan. 5
Nonprofit partnering with Conway Fitness Kickboxing to offer kickboxing classes to people age 50 years, older at no cost
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 1 p.m. CareLink and Conway Fitness Kickboxing are launching a virtual kickboxing class for people 50 and older at no cost to them. All you have to do to sign up is join the Facebook group.
Classes will be live every Tuesday and Thursday at 1 p.m., but members will have access to them throughout the program to complete on their own time. Conway Fitness Kickboxing coaches Jake Denton and Rachel will be leading classes and are available to answer questions.
Whether you're a beginner or expert, classes will be tailored to meet your needs and are expected to help strengthen your body to help overcome the challenges of aging. Not only is the purpose of the class to build strength and mobility, but also confidence in yourself.
Classes are available to anyone 50 years and older regardless of residence at no cost thanks to our wonderful donors and supporters. Donations are always welcome and will help provide more fitness opportunities to older people. If you would like to make a donation, visit CareLink.org/give-now.
