Employement Status: Full-time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Experience Required: 2-3 years’ related experience

Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree.

Direct Supervisor: Human Resources Manager

 

Job Summary:

The Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the Home Care Recruiters
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops recruitment strategies.
  • Reviews, approves, and posts job advertisements.
  • Evaluates resumes/applications.
  • Participates in interview panels as requested.
  • Maintains a relationship with schools, agencies, and participates in career fairs.
  • Reports key metrics and evaluates results.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge Human Resources functions
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Range:

$39,975-&48,585
